2. Allowed & Not Allowed Behavior

We expect all users to respect others and use MojiText responsibly.

✅ Allowed Behavior

Standard text and emoji-only chatting.
Respectful conversation and use of the platform.
General friendly interactions.

❌ Not Allowed Behavior

Hate speech, discrimination, or promotion of violence.
Harassment, threats, or explicit sexual content (even conveyed through emojis).
Spamming, flooding, or using automated bots to disrupt the service.
Any illegal activity.

3. Message Disclaimer

Please be aware that MojiText is designed for ephemeral, real-time communication.

All messages disappear automatically after a short, fixed period (currently 30 seconds) and are not stored permanently. We do not guarantee, nor are we responsible for, any message backups, history, or retrieval. Use MojiText only for non-critical communication.

4. Termination and Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to immediately and without notice terminate or suspend access to MojiText for any user engaging in illegal activity, violating these Terms, or engaging in disruptive or abusive behavior, as determined solely by MojiText.

5. "Use at Your Own Risk" Disclaimer

MojiText is provided on an **"as-is"** and **"as-available"** basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any user-generated content, including inappropriate or offensive emoji combinations, and that you use the service at your own risk.
